As a plant-based chef, my approach is simple: to cook with whole, natural ingredients that nourish the body and honour the Earth, always aiming for meals that are as healing as they are delicious.
Whether you’re looking for vibrant daily meals, a special dinner, or a curated menu, I tailor each offering to your individual needs and health goals. My cooking is inspired by the philosophy that plants are the purest form of nourishment—they are where life begins, and where true vitality can be found.
I avoid ultra-processed ingredients and prefer unrefined oils like cold-pressed coconut and extra virgin olive oil, and natural sweeteners like dates, fruits, maple, or agave. Each meal is a balance of taste, texture, and healing properties.
As a sportsperson, yoga teacher and natural healing advocate, I offer a wide lens, creating dishes to nourish, heal and maximise energy. When desired, I combine personalised meals with herbal support and yoga exercises for a more comprehensive experience.,
